reader, don’t let the title fool you.  When we use the term “Perfect Self” it is not meant for you to shoot for perfectionism which is a fast track to unhappiness.  We don’t want you thinking everything you strive for in your Health & Fitness is not good enough.

This section is meant to help you focus your visualization when you imagine someone with perfect Health & Fitness.  This can help you clarify what you want your Health & Fitness to be like, and motivate you to achieve it.

When striving to improve this area of your life, visualize the traits you would expect in the perfect person of what you want to accomplish for yourself.  “Perfection” is of course subjective, but visualizing this will produce the best you possible!
