My Personal Growth Beliefs
This is a very important category of your life %%FIRST_NAME%%, wins here will give you wins in all the other categories so let’s nail it! Again, as you think about your beliefs, remember that beliefs have the power to both create and destroy. Our beliefs influence our behavior, our attitude, and our actions to bring about everything we have in our lives.
Fortunately, beliefs are only thoughts so we can change them anytime we want, and make them start working for us. Since we all have the power of choice, we all have the power to eliminate any beliefs that are holding us back and replace them with beliefs that propel us forward. This was a huge hurdle in my own personal life when I was at rock bottom, and basically playing Russian Roulette with my life, so I know for fact that it IS possible to turn your beliefs around.
This is an area of your life %%FIRST_NAME%% where you really have to watch that inner voice – how you talk to yourself which is the most important conversations you’ll have in life.
In my dark days, I had a lot of self thoughts like these:
“I’m not good enough”
“I don’t deserve/I’m not capable”
“I can’t handle that – it’s too much for me”
If you have any of these BS thoughts, you can change them just as I did, and replace them with what I call “Transformational Conversation.” That is, I replace my inner voice with vocabulary that lifts me up and transforms my state of mind. Talk to yourself like a cheerleader or congratulate yourself like you’ve just won a huge reward.
Let’s look at a few empowering vs limiting beliefs %%FIRST_NAME%%, and change them for you. Afterwards, I ‘ll share with you my own Personal Growth beliefs in hopes they will help you with your own.
Bad beliefs that hold people back and create a fear-based mindset
Good beliefs that empower people and create a powerful mindset
I’m afraid, this is all new to me?
Let’s venture, I’m excited for what’s ahead.
Why do bad things always happen to me?
I am responsible for the life I create.
What if I fail?
Failure means nothing. If I don’t get the results I wanted, I’ll try again until I do.
I don’t like going outside of my comfort zone.
I embrace challenges because I will always find a way to succeed.
I need to put up a wall because I don’t like to be vulnerable.
My vulnerability gives me strength and fuels my belief in myself. It’s the path to greater love, joy, and fulfillment in life.
I have no control over what happens in life.
The past was who I was, the present is who I am, and the future is who I decide to become.
I love this quote by Mahatma Gandhi …
“Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.”
Let me share with you my own beliefs for my Personal Growth & Development to give you some examples:
My mind is my greatest asset and it can work for me or against me. I can control what I think about to manifest strictly positive things in my life.
Whatever I can create in my mind, I can create in reality.
My mind is all powerful; I can do, have, and become anything through my mind. I can guide my thoughts to create the spectacular world I want.
What I think about, will come about. My mind is incredibly valuable because it manifests everything that is important to me in life.
I can learn anything and everything quickly and easily that I need to accomplish my goals.
I can and will learn from my mistakes.
Okay %%FIRST_NAME%%, now it’s your turn. What do you believe about yourself? Do you believe your mind is an incredible asset capable of undetermined growth? Do you believe your thoughts create your physical world? Do you believe you can control your thoughts?
Whatever your beliefs are, think about them (question them if you have to) and then write them down in your Abundance Blueprint.
